This book is an account of dramatic events in the life of Dr. Gary Holz–the inspirational, true story of his healing journey with a remote aboriginal tribe in the Australian Outback.

Dr. Gary Holz was an award-winning physicist in the field of high-energy physics. He holds over 15 patents used in outer space, most of which are still classified as "Top Secret." Dr. Holz's world changed drastically when, at the height of his career in the 1980s, he was diagnosed with chronic progressive Multiple Sclerosis. By 1994, Dr. Holz had endured the hardships of living as a quadriplegic for seven years and had been given a "death sentence" by the medical community, which said he had two years left to live.

Feeling desperate and depressed, Dr. Holz had a chance meeting with a naturopathic physician who suggested he travel to Australia to meet with her aboriginal friends. And so begins the story of the healing journey, described in beautiful, simple, yet profound language, of how this quadriplegic scientist traveled alone to the remote Outback and lived with an aboriginal tribe.

This "spiritually-advanced" aboriginal culture, taught Dr. Holz to feel, release, and reprogram his thought patterns to heal his body, mind, and soul. The book describes this healing process with exact quotes from the two aboriginal healers involved, captured on the voice-activated tape recorder Dr. Holz had brought with him. (His original intent was to pass the information on to his children as he did not expect to return from the Australian desert alive–let alone live to write a book about it.)
